EnginEar provides algorithmic estimates based on acoustic signatures. It is NOT a substitute for a professional mechanical inspection. The diagnostics provided are estimations and may be inaccurate.

2. Limitation of Liability

You assume all liability by using this app. We are not responsible for any engine damage, accidents, repair costs, or other damages that occur as a result of relying on the diagnostics provided by EnginEar. Do not drive a vehicle if you suspect critical engine failure.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree to use EnginEar only for its intended purpose. You may not reverse-engineer the acoustic models, attempt to disrupt the backend API, or upload malicious files.

4. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of the application implies acceptance of the revised terms.
